WWII German Photo Postcard SS NSKK & RAD Men

Original pre-WWII unpublished photo postcard showing RAD men with at least two Allgemeine SS men wearing early kepis with 1st pattern Totenkopf and what may be a numbered (30) collar tab.  Appears to be several NSKK men present too.  Event and location are unknown.
